About Modbod Gymnastics

Modbod is a recreational gymnastics club on the Northern Beaches for children aged 22 months and up, focused on non-competitive skill building.

Its birthday parties give exclusive use of the whole gym for up to 17 children, with two coaches running games, circuits and challenges across six gym zones using equipment such as trampolines, a foam pit, wall bars and ninja obstacles; a separate party room with a fridge, air fryer and microwave is included, though food and decorations are supplied by the host. The club also runs structured classes and school holiday programs for ages 4.5 to 12.
